The Paralegal Cup Moot returns May 9 and 10th, 2026.

We are a moot exclusive to paralegal students enrolled in and graduates within 1 calendar year of graduation from a Law Society of Ontario accredited paralegal program.

We are excited to host judges, lawyers, paralegals, law students, mooters, coaches and spectators to our beautiful Humber Polytechnic Lakeshore Campus, Lakeshore Commons Building located at 19 Colonel Samuel Smith Drive, Toronto, Ontario Canada.

Join us in 2026 as we celebrate our paralegal students and the paralegal profession’s contributions to Ontario’s administrative and legal system.

In 2025, the Paralegal Cup Moot’s Chief Justice was Justice Rick Libman of the Ontario Court of Justice. He chaired the panel of our finals.
